He founded his own ventures, including aleb, a community driven fashion brand, giving him first-hand founder experience that shapes how The Legal Rooms operates: commercially minded, operationally aware, and always aligned with leadership priorities.

Beyond legal, Ghassan has led teams across Legal, Compliance, ESG, PR, Crisis Management, Procurement, and HR and served as Chief of Staff. That 360' lens means we don't just advise in isolation; we understand how legal decisions ripple across every function.
